AC FUND OF THE MONTH
Mahan Hall Fund
Since the beginning of the Renaissance I Campaign back in 2006, nearly every facility on the Adrian College campus has been constructed, modernized, updated, or renovated in some form or fashion. Building on the recent success of the IMPACT Campaign ($16.3 million in commitments for scholarship support since May 2015!), the Office of Development shifted its focus back to the conclusion of the Renaissance II initiative and the need to update all of our academic spaces. With the beautiful renovations to Spencer, Peelle, and Jones Halls, Mahan Hall is the last of the academic buildings to undergo a well-deserved transformation. The home to our wonderful visual art programs, this project will expand and renovate classrooms and labs, create a more energy efficient and safe space for our students and faculty, and establish a modernized learning space. The addition of a new art gallery to the south end of Mahan Hall will allow our students a chance to create and showcase their art all in the same facility. With the anticipated groundbreaking happening in the summer of 2021, there are still plenty of naming opportunities available in this exciting project!
