Jim Baker ’77 retired on May 3, 2019, after a 37-year career with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. Jim was unit manager for the Southern Lake Huron Fisheries Management Unit, based in Bay City, Mich., in charge of fisheries programs for a 22 county area in east-central Michigan. Jim and his wife, Joyce, live in Mount Pleasant.
