Hats off to Dr. Lillian Preston and her fellow workers. It is due to their efforts that WVAC, The Voice of Adrian College, is now a reality instead of a dream.

Yes, students, you can now hear all the campus news and the latest record hits at the 1200 spot on your radio dial.

The station, with John Geisler as its director, started operations Homecoming day.

Its transmitter is located in the Little Theater, below South Hall.

The plans call for campus news to be broadcast every morning from 7 to 8 a.m. with disc jockey shows and spot announcements each night from 6 to 10 p.m.

All the people broadcasting over the radio are members of either the radio workshop or the fundamentals of radio classes.
